平头哥-芯片质量管理专家-上海#2008851、全面负责芯片端到端质量管理工作，以客户需求为导向，制定E2E质量要求和质量计划，并确保实施符合要求；
2、推动芯片研发流程标准化，制定芯片研发质量管理方案，并有计划的推进、实施；
3、负责建设与本领域相匹配的IPDE2E流程和管理体系，并持续识别改进点，负责闭环改进；
4、组织并熟练使用各种质量工具和方法对质量问题进行根因分析、处理、纠正、预防措施的制定和执行落地；
5、负责产品生命周期阶段的质量管控，并持续优化及完善流程或方法；
6、构建全员一次把事情做对的质量意识和质量文化，持续提升组织的质量改进能力。
7、构建全员遵从流程、有效执行流程、持续改进流程的氛围。
1.BefullyresponsibleforchipE2Equalitymanagement,makeE2Equalityrequirementsandqualityplansbasedoncustomerrequirements,andensuretheimplementationmeetstherequirements;
2.PromotethestandardizationofchipRDprocess,formulatethequalityplanandimplementitinaplannedway;
3.BeresponsiblefortheconstructionofIPDE2Eprocessandmanagementsystemmatchingwiththefield,continuouslyidentifyimprovementpoints,andberesponsibleforclosed-loopimprovement;
4.Organizeandskillfullyusevariousqualitytoolsandmethodsforrootcauseanalysis,containment,correctiveandpreventivemeasuresformulationandimplementation;
5.Beresponsibleforthequalitycontrolofproductlifecyclestage,continuouslyoptimizeandimprovetheprocessormethod;
6.TobuildthequalityawarenessandqualitycultureofthewholestafftoDTRFT Dothingsrightatfirsttime ,andcontinuouslyimprovethequalityimprovementabilityoftheorganization.7.Buildtheatmospherethatallstafffollowtheprocess,effectivelyimplementtheprocessandcontinuouslyimprovetheprocess.
任职要求：
1、熟悉IPD和芯片研发流程；
具备5年以上芯片项目质量管理工作经验，其中至少有3年以上同等岗位工作经验，优秀的分析和解决质量问题的能力，熟练使用新老七QC工具、SIPOC、PDCA改进等方法；
2、具备一定的前瞻性和预见性，能够提前对潜在风险提出预案；
3、具有质量管理体系（ISO9001、IATF16949等）知识、统计学基础知识，熟悉项目管理、六西格玛等产品开发管理方法；
4、具有质量管理体系内审员培训（ISO9001、IATF16949等）、质量工程师等培训
5、工作务实、敬业，有强烈的责任意识，具备较强的领导能力，以及良好的沟通及协调能力。
